which methods do you use for breast cancer treatment? Is there possible mamoplasty if it will be necessary too ?

Our methods for treating breast cancer are on par with those found in the most modern oncology centers around the world.
The decision regarding the necessity of performing mammoplasty will be up to the surgical team. They make the appropriate decision based on the numerosity and the size of the masses, the extent of the lymph node involvement, whether it is considered metastatic, etc.
Generally speaking, if the mass is large in size or it is a stage 3 breast cancer, then mammoplasty would be performed.
You can send an email to Info@Ariamedtour.com with the reports of your mammography and ultrasound for a more thorough analysis. We will get back to you with detailed information and suitable solutions.

Hi, dear Maria! In general, 3 out of every 10 people who are diagnosed with cancer might suffer from type 2 diabetes as well. Hence, it is important to have the patient’s condition in mind when prescribing medications that can be dangerous for diabetic people.
I’m afraid we are unable to prescribe or send any medications without a physical examination.
You can email us at Info@ariamedtour.com and our patient care coordinator will get back to you with additional information regarding trip planning and necessary arrangements.

Hello Sharmin! Our experts have examined the documents that you have sent us. I’m sorry to say that it looks like your father’s condition cannot be restored through cancer treatment. That said, he can be a candidate for a liver transplant.
If you’re seeking the treatment, please send us the following documents:
A CT scan of the liver to identify the size and shape of the patient’s liver
Doppler ultrasonography to find out whether the blood vessels leading to the liver are clogged
An echocardiography to examine his heart
The result of lung examination indicating a well-functioning respiratory system.
Liver Blood test results showing the coagulation and blood biochemistry.
HIV test and hepatitis virus panel
If you are opting for a liver transplantation surgery in Iran, you should know that the donor must be a relative of the recipient.

Hello! Luckily, cancer has been diagnosed in stage 2. Meaning it can be controlled or even treated. It also means that the cancerous cells have not spread to other parts of the body. I consider the prognosis to be pretty good. Depending on the position and size of the tumor, the treatment can be done without even going through mastectomy.
For additional information, please email us at Info@ariamedtour.com, sending the patient’s most recent medical history.

May 17, 2020 2:32 am

Hi there, dear Melody! Cervical cancer is a type of cancer arising from the cervical cells — the lower part of the uterus that connects to the vagina. It usually occurs as a result of abnormal growth among the cells in the area.
For instance, cervical cancer is commonly caused by HPV. The virus can reportedly trigger a mutation in the cells, turning normal cells to abnormal ones.
These abnormal cells then accumulate and form masses or tumors which can be either benign (noncancerous) or (malignant).
While benign masses (polyps, cysts, warts) usually pose no threats, malignant masses (cervical cancer) can be life-threatening and can spread to other parts of the body (metastasize).
If you are looking for additional, personalized information, let us know by sending your documents via email at Info@Ariamedtour.com.

My father is now 60 years old. His father has also leukemia for long times ago. But my father discovered the disease in November and had been in early stages and started a treatment plan at the only hospital available in the city.

It was a chemotherapy that had been completed since the entire treatment and the result was less than expected in the last blood test, because during the chemotherapy he had very good blood test results even he was in danger due to he has weak immunity. So the doctor told my father that he needs a bone marrow transplant. But my father is afraid to do the operation in Syria because of the low possibilities, high cost and lack of dono

High Dose Chemotherapy or radiotherapy can damage or kill some of the stem cells. To replace these damaged stem cells, Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) or Peripheral Blood Stem Cell Transplant (PBSCT) is used.
Bone marrow transplant in Iran is performed in several ways:
Autologous transplant: in this method, the patient receives the same stem cells that are derived from himself.
Syngeneic transplant: transplants that come from an identical twin.
Allogeneic transplant: stem cells are collected from a matching donor such as a sibling or parents. In some cases, the donor can also be an unrelated individual. In Iran, we utilize any of the above methods based on the blood test results and his overall condition. The patient will be informed and asked for permission to use these techniques.
You can email us at Info@ariamedtour.com for a more thorough consultation. We will analyze your father’s condition and get back to you with the most suitable treatment plan.

Hello Patryk! As with any country in the world, Iranian medical centers consider chemotherapy, surgery, and radiotherapy as the main approaches to control and treat cancer.
Considering your condition, we suggest that you follow your current doctor’s instructions.
Chemotherapy is usually really effective for controlling cancer. Make sure you get all your chemo treatments. You may ask your doctor for some medications to mitigate the negative side-effects of the treatment such as nausea. Hang in there, you’re tough.

Please send us all the medical records of the child along with a complete description of his medical condition through info@ariamedtour.com .
The medical team will provide complete guidance based on the documents you submit.

Hello,
In Grade 2 cancer, time is an important factor for treatment and recovery.
At this stage, depending on your mother’s history, you will have the option of surgery or chemotherapy to control the cancer.
In the case of travelling to Iran, you can send your medical records as well as your mother’s identification documents to our WhatsApp as soon as possible, so that we can obtain a medical visa for you.
Our cancer treatment doctors are among the best oncologists in Iran; and based on your mother’s condition, we will advise you on choosing the right hospital and doctor.

My father has advanced gallbladder cancer with invasive liver (segments 3 and 4) and vein thrombosis. The doctors have given up hope. And only palliative chemotherapy has been suggested. Cancer does not metastasize to distant sites. Shows the pathobiology of adenocarcinoma. Doctors say he will be alive in a few months. Is no constructive action being taken on bile cancer?

Hi,

In this stage of the disease, chemotherapy is the only treatment option and unfortunately, there is no other sufficiently effective treatment.
We recommend that you continue chemotherapy as instructed by his doctor.

Our treatments for prostate cancer metastasizing to nearby or distant organs include internal radiation therapy, chemotherapy, and surgery to remove cancer cells.
About lutetium-177: It is a radioactive substance that can be added to a carrier called a prostate membrane-specific antigen. Lutetium-177 is an atom that emits radioactive particles. The lutetium atom that is radioactive is attached to the prostate tumor. In the body, lutetium-177 binds specifically to tumor cells and destroys these cancer cells.
Lutetium-177 PSMA, which is not absorbed by tumor cells, is excreted from the body through sweat, saliva, urine, and feces.
The treatment that has been suggested to you is part of the routine of the effective therapy plan, and our suggestion is to trust your doctor’s therapy plan.
