If the snoring does not stop even then, the doctor will check to see if you have any serious structural issues. If so, the doctor might recommend undergoing another surgery to fix it. If not, then you might need to live with your snoring instead of having revision rhinoplasty or you have to seek other surgical alternatives that might be related to sleep apnea in tissue other than the nasal ones.

Should I have rhinoplasty to fix snoring?

If you are suffering from snoring due to problems related to the septum deviation then rhinoplasty will help you stop the snoring. The surgery will then help you improve night breathing thus get rid of snoring.

If you are snoring due to another reason then rhinoplasty might not help you. You should ask your doctor first beforehand to see if the surgery will help you with the snoring.
