Hydrogen peroxide is commonly sold in pharmacies at concentrations of about 3%. However, a lot of doctors recommend that you dilute it by half with clean water. Hydrogen peroxide is usually sold under several names like:

2. Saline rinse:
You may use saline rinse after one week of the surgery. Many doctors will recommend using a saline rinse to keep the nose clean. You should use a clean bulb to clean your nose. When you use the bulb, you will be sending a low-pressure stream of water into the nose.
The saline rinse imitates the salinity of the nose so it can keep the inside of your nose clean. This is important as it can help remove the blockage from the nose without harming the nose by blowing and putting your fingers or any other objects inside.
Although saline rinse can be bought from the pharmacy, you can make it in your home. You only need to boil half of a teaspoon of salt in a cup of water and let it cool.

Cleaning outside of the nose after rhinoplasty
Cleaning the inside of your nose should not be all that concerns you. Cleaning nose skin after rhinoplasty is also very important but it should be done without causing any damage to the sensitive nose.
Cleaning with moist towel:
You may notice that some mucus will harden around your nose. To clean it you can use a moist napkin to pat the area gently. Using a moist napkin and warm water can help softening the crust and decrease the swell.
