  • Sending the receipt of ‘good faith’ deposit and visa service fee (for additional accompanying persons):

Depending on the services you wish to receive, you are required to pay an amount between $100 and $500 as good faith deposit or earnest money. This is to show your seriousness about receiving our services after arriving in Iran and, as the name suggests, you are applying for the treatment visa in “good faith”.

Note that the good faith deposit is part of the overall price of your treatment and services you will receive and it will be deducted from the overall payment. For instance, if the price of the treatment and services is to be 5000 US dollars and you pay $600 as an earnest money deposit, you will have to pay the remaining $4400 in Iran. This amount is completely refundable in case the visa application is rejected but in case you cancel the trip after receiving the visa authorization code, an ‘administration fee’ will be deducted from it.

Also, applicants wishing to have more than one person accompanying them are required to pay an additional ‘service fee’ of 100 US dollars or 85 euros for every additional accompanying person. This amount is not refundable in case you cancel your trip after receiving the visa authorization code.

Note that the visa service fee is just for applying for your visa authorization code and not the fee of the visa itself. You still will have to pay the consulate visa fee when collecting your visa at the embassy, which varies depending on your nationality.

To learn about the payment options, please contact us.

Please note that your visa application will be processed only after you have made the payment and sent us the receipt.

2- Receiving authorization code

Once we receive your documents, information, and receipt of payment of the service fee, we will submit your application to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Normally, you will receive the Authorization Code within 2 to 7 business days from the date of the submission of your request (For British, Canadian, and American citizens this process takes 3 business weeks to 3 months).

Iran Visa Authorization Code or Iran Visa Tracking Code or Iran Visa Reference Code is your Iran visa approval number which is issued by Iran’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs to facilitate your Iran visa issuance.

3- Collecting your visa from an Iranian embassy/consulate in your country or from Iranian international airports

Once your Visa Authorization Code is issued, we will send it to you so that you can refer to the nearest Iranian embassy/consulate with your documents in hand to receive your visa or (if you are a citizen of one of the counties for whose nationalities a visa on arrival is issued at the airport, [see them at visa policy of Iran section below]) just take your flight to an international airport in Iran and receive it there immediately without waiting in a queue.

Why get visa in advance?

You will protect yourself from any delay, hassle, or possibility of deportation. You will travel with peace of mind and will avoid any extra financial costs.

No Risk! Any possibility of rejection at the airport will be completely removed.
