ENT specialists may be able to address the functional problems of the nose such as a deviated septum but they need to pass a fellowship in facial plastic surgery to become qualified to perform cosmetic rhinoplasty. On the other hand, general plastic surgeons also need to complete the necessary training in facial surgery to be qualified enough for this surgery. So it doesn’t make much difference which specialist you go for, it’s more about choosing someone who have a lot of experience in rhinoplasty, someone who has done thousands of surgeries and knows everything about this procedure.
